Slack Channel

Glime uses Slack Channel conversations as data source to allow users to find previous conversation that may help them to solve their problems - alongside the proper Glime answer.

Slack Channel conversations are NOT used as part of knowledge base, but ratehr as a "reference" for previous conversations.

Add Slack Channel

To add Slack Channel conversations, click on the "Data Management" button in the left menu and then in the "New Data Source" button in the bottom right corner of the Data Sources page.

Then select "Slack Channel" and select the Slack workspace and channel you want to add.

The server and channel must be accessible by Glime.

Be aware that it can take a few minutes for the data source to be fully loaded and ready to use. You'll be notified when the data source is ready.
