Ignore URLs

Any URL can be ignored from the Glime knowledge base. This is useful when you want to exclude certain resources from the knowledge base, such as irrelevant resources or not-yet-ready documentations.

Once ignored resources won't be used by Glime anymore, despite being still available in the data management menu.

How to ignore a URL​

Click on the "Ignore URLS" tab under the Data Management section.

Then, write your desired rule in the input field and click on the "Add URL" button.

Rules can be written in the following formats:

  • https://example.com/billing to ignore a specific URL.
  • https://example.com/billing/* to ignore all URLs that start with https://example.com/billing/.

Be aware that rules can take a few minutes to take effect.

How to remove an ignored URL​

To remove an ignored resource, click on the "Ignore URLS" tab under the Data Management section.

Then, click on the "Remove" button next to the rule you want to remove.
